In my opinion, it is the Supervisor on an asbestos abatement project that is the critical component of a successful project. I am writing to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with your Supervisor, Louis, on the recent asbestos abatement jobs at the Rutland Schools in Rutland, Vermont. The project at the middle school was very challenging in scope, conducted during the first weeks of school, in a very crowded and busy area of the school, and under a demanding time frame. Louis did an exceptional job in making sure the work was done safely and to a very high standard.
Louis is someone who willingly does what he says and does not ever need a reminder. When I asked for paperwork it was waiting for me the next day. When I asked for something to be addressed, it was always done, without any debate, the next time I checked. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work on this project with Louis.
